All of our Supervisors, Journeymen, and Apprentices are cross trained in the proper installation of pipe fitting, sheet metal and fiberglass ductwork, controls, and are capable of executing any type/size job in a professional and courteous manner.
J. P. GRIFFIN, INC. assigns a Job Superintendent and Job Foreman for all projects, complete with fully trained Journeymen and Apprentices as our workforce. Our personnel are available 24 hours a day.
Each Supervisor/Journeyman have fully equipped and identified Company vehicles and have 24 hour access to our fully stocked Shop and Warehouse facility. Our inventory reflects adequate supplies/ materials for ductwork, pipe fitting, and control work specifically organized for all projects. Our Shop/Warehouse is fully equipped with proper rigging equipment, portable welding machines, hi-lift truck, trailers, and specialty trade tools for use on all projects at no additional cost to our customers.
Our production rate is high because of our mandatory training and safety programs and the long term employment of a well trained and skilled “team” of employees.
